我国广播电视业不平衡发展的成因和改善对策

广播电视业是我国传统的文化事业单位,是文化事业和产业高度结合的一个行业,在文化事业和产业发展中扮演了极其重要的角色。近十年来,受到多种不利因素的制约和影响,我国广电业在发展中出现了较为明显的不平衡现象,没有有效发挥其应有的事业和产业的双重作用。本文从多个角度研究和探析当前广电业不平衡发展的现状及表现形式,剖析了广电业不平衡发展的主要成因,提出要改善这种不平衡现状,推动广电业统筹、协调发展,需要从深化广电体制、机制和政策的改革,强化媒体市场意识,加快与新媒体的深度整合,构建新型全媒体广电,推动广电业供给侧结构性改革等方面入手。

Radio and television industry,a traditional cultural unit in China,is highly integrated with cultural undertakings and industries and plays an extremely important role in their developments.In the past decade,due to many unfavorable factors,the radio and television industry in China has encountered a relatively significant imbalance in the development and it has not effectively played its dual role in the cause and industry.This paper analyzes the current situation and manifestations of the unbalanced development from many angles,analyzes the main cause of the unbalanced development of the radio and TV industry,to redress the imbalance and promote the coordination and coordinated development of radio and television industry,efforts should be made to deepen the reform of radio and television system,mechanism and policy,strengthen media market awareness,speed up the integration with new media,build a new all-media radio and television,and promote supply side structural reform,so as to achieve the most comprehensive and coordinated development.
