“一带一路”背景下跨国旅游合作的国际政治经济学分析

Transnational Cooperation in Tourism along “The Belt and Road Initiative”

中国的'一带一路'倡议顺应地区和全球合作潮流,契合沿线国家和地区发展需要,勾画了21世纪纵贯亚欧大陆的经济走廊。跨国旅游作为传播文明、交流文化、增进友谊的桥梁,增强不同国家和民族亲近感的最好方式受到广泛关注。本研究从旅游在国际政治经济学中的作用出发,阐述了跨国旅游合作在'一带一路'建设中的特殊价值:有助于中国内陆地区和沿线国家服务经济的发展,有助于跨国遗产保护,有助于中国文化的对外传播,有助于构建欧亚大陆各国人民共同的情感纽带,以及有助于拓展地方政府与民间社会力量的对外交流职能。研究按照不同地域具体分析了'一带一路'沿线的地缘政治经济特征以及中国应当采取的合作模式,并在此基础上勾勒出跨国旅游合作的意义和前景。

'The Belt and Road Initiative' is a great strategy for China to encounter the complicated international political and economic situations,promote domestic economic growth, enlarge the room for opening-up policy, and achieve breakthroughs in its foreign relations. However,this initiative may not be easy because of the challenges that are related to many ethnic groups and religious, how to strengthen the People-to-people bond become an important issue. Transnational tourism cooperation provides the public support for culture communication and international friendship along initiative countries. This studies demonstrates the special role of transnational cooperation in tourism:helps development of service industry in those countries, helps protection of historic heritage along Silk Road,helps international communication of Chinese culture, and helps establish sister cities to build city cooperation platforms. This studies also analyzes the geopolitical and economic factors of the countries along'The Belt and Road Initiatives',and try to sketch the prospect of transnational cooperation in tourism.
