人文教育是素质教育的本质特征之一,它对于培养应用型、技能型人才具有不可忽视的作用。职业教育也必须坚持素质教育的原则,重视学生的综合素质和职业核心能力的培养,融科学教育与人文教育于一体,才能培养出真正为社会需要的人才,也才有利于学生以及职业院校自身的发展。

Humanistic education is the main part of qualitative education.It plays an important role in cultivating practical personnel with technicalability.We must adhere to the principle of qualitative education in vocational education,attaching great importance to cultivating students’ comprehensive quality and vocation-centred ability,combining science education with humanistic education.Only in this way can we train students as qualified personnel the society needs and can the students and colleges develop in all-roundway.
