摘要
本文对我国目前窃电现象的危害和反窃电的必要性做了充分的阐述,对目前反窃电工作中的单位窃电问题、司法救助问题、证据有效性问题等进行了探讨。
We address the considerable loss due to electricity-stealing and the necessity of stopping such actions,and discuss the corporation electricity-stealing,legal assistances,evidence validity and other urgent problems.
