电力高等职业学校领导干部要深刻领会四中全会的基本精神,切实增强在学院发展中必需的六种执政意识,加强治校能力的四个关键环节的建设。
The leaders of electric power advanced vocational colleges should grasp deeply the basic gist of "the Fourth Conference of the Party Central Committee Members", enhance practically consciousness of being in power, which is needed in college development, and build up four crux links to improve the ability of administering colleges.
