On Teachers’ Professional Emotions

摘要 良好的职业情感是成为合格教师的一个基本条件,也是决定其工作成效的一个重要因素。教师职业情感因素中最重要的是真情、热情和激情。教育主管部门的领导和管理者应营造宽松、和谐的环境,为教师保持良好的职业情感创造良好的外部条件;教师应通过各种途径不断地优化和提升自己的职业情感素质。以适应本职工作和自身发展的需要。 Having good professional emotions is not only an essential quality of a qualified teacher, but an important factor of producing marked effect on work as well. The most important factors of all are sincereness, enthusiasm and passion. The directors of educational departments should create a relaxed and harmonious environment, providing teachers with good external conditions to keep their good professional emotions; while teachers should optimize and promote constantly their own professional emotional quality through various ways so as to meet the needs of their jobs and self-development.
