摘要
本文探讨了教研室活动的主要内容及做好教研室工作的基本途径。主张通过强化教研室管理和建设,积极营造和谐向上的团队,从而促进教学质量提高。
This paper probes into the main teaching and research section activities and basic ways to do teaching and research section work well. It discusses the necessity of constructing harmonious and progressive working team, which is helpful to improve the teaching quality by strengthening teaching and research section management and development.
