摘要
电力体制改革以来,传统的电力培训体系已经打破。为提高电力培训工作绩效,正确地与市场对接,应全面引入经营理念,切实优化培训资源配置,创新培训工作体系,以期为后续改革工作作好铺垫。
Since the electric power system began to be reformed, traditional electric power training system has been broken. In order to get the electric power training achievement and properly link up the market, business ideas should be introduced overall, training resources collocation should be optimized and training system should be innovated so as to do good preparations for follow-up reform.
