湖北电力工业将进入一个难得的跨越式发展的时期,新形势使湖北电力企业面临着新的机遇与挑战,也由此产生了对电力职业教育新的期望和需求,建立一支结构合理、素质优良、规模适当的人才队伍是湖北电力企业的燃眉之急。要满足新形势下湖北电力企业对职业教育的新需求,电力职业院校必须紧紧依靠行业企业,全方位地为行业企业服务。

Hubei power industry will enter a marvellous developing period. New situation makes it face new opportunities and challenges, resulting in the demand and expectation of the new power vocational education. The establishment of a rational structure, quality and appropriate scale of personnel is the need for Hubei power enterprises. In order to satisfy the new demands for vocational education, power vocational colleges must rely on power enterprises and supply them with overall services.
