摘要
我国中等专业教育是从苏联引进的。从政治、经济和教育三个方面分析当时引进苏联模式的理据;追根溯源,探讨苏联中等专业教育的演变和形成,以及对东欧国家的影响;梳理我国引进苏联模式的主要过程。
Secondary technical education was introduced from Soviet.This article analyzes the reasons why the Soviet modes have been introduced in economy,politics,and education;discusses the evolution and foundation of Technical secondary education in Soviet,and its influence on the education in Eastern European countries and elaborates the introducing process of Soviet mode in China.
