摘要
高等院校法学教育确立复合应用型法学人才培养模式,是顺应时代发展、社会需求的必要选择。法学教育应当转变教育观念,优化课程体系,改革教学方法,加强实践教学,适应时代发展的需要。
It’s necessary for higher education of law science to establish the training mode of compound and practical law talents so as to meet the needs of social development of our times. To suit for the requirements of our age, we should transform our conception of law education, optimize curriculum system, reform teaching methods and strengthen practical teaching.
