Under the background of economic globalization , the science and technology has been developed with the passing days, the labor elements have been accelerated in the world, and the economic relationship between our country and the world is increasingly closer , which brings unprecedented challenge and opportunity to our occupational education. It demands the occupational education to be innovate to suit for the economic development. This paper has discussed how to achieve the value of vocational education innovation and to strengthen technical schools’ competitive ability from the new perspective of blue ocean strategy.
