Exerting Function of Inspecting and Supervision Bureau in Dealing with Farmers’ Letters and Calls

分析了涉农信访中常见的四类问题;以及产生农村信访多的四个原因,在此基础上,提出检察机关在发挥职能作用,化解涉农信访,服务于新农村建设中的若干措施的建议。

This paper analyzes four types of problems while working on farmers’ letters and calls and four reasons for large number of those letters and calls. Based on this, it also puts forward a couple of proposals on how to fully exert function of inspecting and supervision organizations, and how to reduce the number of farmers’ complaining letters and calls and finally to serve new rural construction.
