Connotation、Process and Value Measurement of CSM Integration

CSM整合论(Integration Theory)是徐绪松教授(2003,2005)提出的复杂科学管理(Complexity Science Management,CSM)的五个基本理论之一。本文对CSM整合的内涵,包括CSM整合的概念、整合过程,进行了深入的分析,在此基础上,对资源系统进行了分类,根据资源之间的物质、资金、效用和信息等的交换给组织带来的净价值的增加,给出了CSM整合的价值测度方法。

CSM Integration Theory is one of 5 basic theories of Complexity Science Management(CSM)put forward by Professor Xu Xusong.In the paper,connotation of the CSM integration is implemented in an in-depth analysis,including concept and procedure of CSM integration,on the basis of which,the resource systems are classified.According to net value brought to organizations due to exchanges of substance,fund,and effectiveness as well information etc,a method for value measurement of CSM integration is provided.
