基于高职教师专业发展问题的实证研究

近年来,伴随着高职院校办学规模的不断扩大和专业设置的多样化,如何提升高职教育的质量,促进高职院校在激烈的教育市场竞争中实现又好又快的发展,已引起各界的普遍关注。实践证明:要想确保高职院校持续健康发展,就要提高教师队伍的整体素质,特别是要积极有效地推进教师专业发展。通过实际调研,掌握现阶段高职教师专业发展的现状及存在的问题,分析制约高职教师专业发展的瓶颈,探索推进高职教师专业发展的有效路径。

In recent years,with the constant expansion of college capacity and diversification of specialty provision,the issue about how to improve the quality of vocational education and how to promote the better and quicker development of higher vocational colleges under current fierce educational competition has aroused the massive attention.The practice has proved that in order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of vocational schools,it is necessary to improve the overall quality of teachers,in particular,to actively and effectively promote the professional development of teachers.Therefore,it is the effective path to implement practical research,master current status and difficulties facing on teachers’ professional development,and analyze the blocks staff prohibiting professional development and finally boost its development.
