摘要
以2010年十堰供电公司累计售电量和市场占有率等统计数据为依据,结合十堰电网"三足鼎立,四分天下"的营销环境特点,总结出十堰供电公司的营销现状,深入研究了电力市场营销中存在的问题,并提出了相应的营销对策。
Based on the statistics of the total electricity sales and market share of Shiyan city from 2006 to 2010, and combined with the marketing environment characteristics of Shiyan grid, the thesis summarized the power marketing situation and the problems of Shiyan power marketing, and gave some relevant marketing countermeasures to improve the customer satisfaction and market share.
