摘要
高等职业教育要想有大的发展,教师队伍建设是关键,本文总结分析了德国高职教师的状况及培养模式:德国的高职教师任职资格要求较高;教师专业发展规范,教师在职培训严格;聘用大量兼职教师。借鉴德国成功经验,提出我国高职教师队伍建设应重新核定教师编制、研究制定高职教师入职标准,制定专门针对高职教师的职称评审标准和体系,建立教师培训机制,培养教师产学研合作的能力,健全兼职教师机制等,使我国高职高职教师教队伍更快、更健康的发展。
In order to develop higher education, Teaching staff cultivation is the key point.This paper has analyzed the German vocational teachers’ current status and cultivation pattern in those areas: Teachers have to be with higher qualifications with better education background and working experience; teachers in Germany develop in more professional pathway and have to get more on-work training; German vocational colleges employ more part-time teachers. Therefore the paper suggests that we could learn from those successful experience from Germany colleges in those aspects: We need to change our educational ideas such as re-assigning the standard numbers of teachers, re-setting the entry standard of being teachers, establishing qualifications assessment standard and training system, cultivating teachers ability in practice-teaching-research combination and complete part-time teachers management system. By doing this can we make the vocational teachers team faster and more healthy.
