高职院校素质教育问题的思考

高职教育进入后大众化的时代,对高职院校人才培养提出更高的要求。新的形势下,应该加强对高职学生可持续发展能力的培养,要求院校不仅要注重专业知识和技能的教育,对于学生的素质教育更应该重视与加强,为提升高职生的就业竞争力打下基础。在深度分析高职院校素质教育存在问题的基础上,对当前院校开展素质教育提出了对策建议。

With the higher vocational education getting more and more popular, the cultivation is facing higher requirements. Under new situations, we should strengthen the cultivation of students sustainable development ability. It requires colleges not only pay more attention to professional knowledge and skills, and also pay attention to quality education to improve their employment opportunity. This paper has provided the solutions on how to carry out the quality education based on the analysis of issues and problems with higher vocational colleges quality education.
