中职起点高职人才培养体系研究

Research on Professionals Training System in Vocational Colleges Upgraded from Vocational Secondary Schools

针对当前中高职教育协调发展中存在理论上人才培养定位模糊、实践上专业内涵建设脱节等问题,提出应积极构筑中、高职教育的"立交桥",加强中高职教育协调发展的目标定位、课程与专业标准衔接、政策扶持、师资队伍、招生制度等方面的研究与实践,从而不断健全和完善职业教育体系,真正培养适应区域产业需求的高素质技能型人才。

Aimed at the problems in the coordinated development of the technical education system,like the ambiguity of definition in theory education,the deviation of professional connotation construction in practice,an"overpass "between vocational secondary schools and vocational education should be constructed.The following aspects should be strengthened:The definition of the coordinated development;the cohesion of curriculums and professional standards;the support policies;the teacher resources;the admission system etc.Only in this way can the vocational education system be continuously improved and perfected,which finally leads to a cultivation to qualified talents to meet the demands of regional industries.
