摘要
高校后勤社会化改革进入具体实施阶段已有十多年了,由于受各种条件限制,各高等学校后勤社会化改革很不平衡。通过对高职院校社会化改革的现状、存在的问题进行分析,并以城市建设技师学院后勤改革实践为例,对高职院校后勤新型管理模式进行探讨。
The college logistics socialization reform has been implemented for more than ten years.Due to various constraints,the reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities are not balanced.This paper,through the analysis of the present status and the issues existed in the reform,taking the practice of logistics reform of Huanggang Polytechnic College as an example,carries on a discussion and practice of a new management mode for logistics in Higher Vocational Colleges.
