Teaching reform is an important measure to improve the teaching quality of vocational colleges. The construction of test item pool is an important part of the teaching reform. Taking the separation between teaching and testing as important means to test the quality of teaching,this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of the test item pool in the course of the low voltage electrical and PLC technology.
