Ways and Measures for the Professional Development of Journal Editors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校学报编辑人员由于数量不足、职业素质不高、稳定性不强等诸多原因导致编辑队伍职业化发展困境重重,影响学报整体水平的提升。提高学报编辑队伍的职业化,可以通过工作实践、自主学习、学习培训及学术科研等途径来提高,并且需要相应的制度来保障。

There are many difficulties in the professional development of journal editors in Higher Vocational Colleges,because the editors’ number is not enough,their working condition is not stably and the professional quality is not high,which will affect the overall level of the journal. Working practice,self-directed learning,getting trained and academic research are needed to improve the professional quality of editors. At the same time,corresponding system is required to guarantee the occupation development of journal editor team.
