发展理念问题是建设中国特色社会主义的根本理论问题。改革开放以来,中国共产党根据不同历史阶段所面临的不同社会矛盾和发展问题,持续实践探索,形成了一脉相承又与时俱进的中国特色社会主义发展理念。在全面建成小康社会的关键时期,党中央提出创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展,为党的理论创新做出了新的贡献,也为今后的经济社会发展提供了新的行动指南。

The development concept in building socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental theoretical questions. Ever since the reform and opening up,the Communist Party of China,in accordance with the different social conflicts and development issues in different historical stages,has formed its development concept with China’s socialist characteristics while keeping up with the times through constant practice and exploration. In the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society,the Party Central Committee puts forward development featured as innovation,harmony as well as green,open and shared development,which contributes to the party’s theory innovation and also provide a new guide to the future economic and social development.
