秦巴山片区精准扶贫的实践困境与对策研究——基于十堰市竹山县八个村庄的调查

Research on Practical Difficulties and Countermeasures of Precision Poverty Alleviation in Qin Bashan Area——based on the Investigation of Eight Villages in Zhushan County, Shiyan City

以国家扶贫开发重点地区秦巴山区为例,基于十堰市竹山县精准扶贫工作的实际情况,提出了贫困户内生动力不足、贫困户认定精准度不够、产业扶贫措施单一等情况,结合竹山县的自然条件和经济基础,为秦巴山区提出了'大数据+'精准甄别、扶贫产业联动等对策引导。

Taking Qin Bashan County,one of the key counties of the national poverty alleviation plan as an example, based on the actual situation about accurate poverty alleviation work of the Zhushan county, the article puts forward a series of practical predicaments such as:insufficient internal impetus driving force,lack of accuracy, unitary measures for poverty alleviation in the industry. Then a countermeasure guidance combined with the natural conditions and economic basis of Zhushan county is brought up featurewd as big data plus accurate screening and the linkage of the poverty alleviation industry.
