'正面宣传为主'迄今数十年的中国式形成、发展、进步历程,鲜明彰显马克思主义理论逻辑与新闻宣传的价值诉求,也深刻蕴涵中国特色新闻实践与舆论引导的社会主义品性及中国特色新闻学话语建构的基本路径,同时也具象体现新闻传播的中国特色、中国风格、中国气魄与中国方案。它是中国新闻事业遵循的主要核心理念和基本方针之一,其涵化于中华传统文化的悠长滋养,缘起于马克思主义新闻思想中国化的时代助推,是中国几代马克思主义经典作家(中共领导人)在马克思主义理论指导下从事新闻宣传与舆论引导工作之际所总结、提炼与升华而成的最具中国特色的马克思主义新闻观之一。

During the recent decades,the formation and progressive development of Chinese'Positive Propaganda'have clearly demonstrated the theoretical logic of Marxism and the value pursuit of news publicity,which profoundly implies the socialist character of journalism practice and public opinion guidance with Chinese characteristics as well as the basic path of the journalism discourse construction with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it embodies the Chinese characteristics,Chinese style,Chinese spirit and Chinese plan of journalism communication.It is one of the core ideologies and basic principles of Chinese journalism.It originated in the sinicization of Marxist journalistic thought,and was nourished in long-standing Chinese traditional culture.It is one of the most typical Marxist news notion with Chinese characteristics that was summarized,refined and sublimated by several generations of Chinese Marxist classical writers(leaders of the CCP)in the course of news propaganda and public opinion guidance with the guidance of Marxist theory.
