Rethinking the Value Goal of Political Communication in the New Age

政治传播已成为时代大变局的重要变量。在国际政治不确定性日趋增加、国内政治形势日益复杂的时代大变局中,政治传播时时刻刻都可能成为一把锋利的双刃剑,既可以为时代的进步作出独特的贡献,也可能背离自己的价值本性,阻碍人类文明和人类社会的进步。因此,时刻警示和唤醒政治传播'不忘初心'的价值旨归,应成为政治传播研究者高度的理论自觉和社会责任。'政治'从诞生之日起就是一个不断地维护公共秩序、捍卫公共利益、实现人类'公共性'的过程,这是马克思主义政治观的基本要义,也是'政治'任何时候都不能背离和脱离的价值本性和使命担当;而'传播'应以传递、运载、呈现客观信息为旨归,以追索事物真相、揭示客观真理为本性。合理的政治传播机制与形态中,政治当有正义的追求,传播当有公正的使命,资本当有正当的边界。政治当有为传播和资本确定正义方向的责任,传播当有监督政治和资本的责任,资本当有服务正义的政治和公正的传播的责任。几个重要的变量之间,在各自正当合理的基础之上和边界之中,既相互制约,又交叉合力,始终保持适度和良性的张力,以使政治传播在强化理性深思、传播真实信息和维护人类正义的轨道上运行。

Political communication has become an important variable in the great changes of the age.In the age of increasing international political uncertainty and the increasingly complicated domestic political situation,political communication may become a sharp double-edged sword at all times.Political communication may deviate from its own value nature and become a tool that hinders the advancement of human civilization and human society at any time.Therefore,to warn and awake the value of the'remain true to the original aspiration'of political communication should receive a high degree of theoretical consciousness and social responsibility of political communication researchers.From the day of its birth,politics is a process of constantly maintaining public order,defending the public interest and realizing human'publicity',which not only is the basic essence of the Marxist political view,but also is the value nature and mission of politics that cannot be deviated and detached at any time.Moreover,communication’s value goal should be transmitting,carrying and presenting of objective information and it’s nature should be tracing the truth of matter and revealing the objective.In a reasonable political communication mechanism and form,politics should have the pursuit of justice,communication should have a legitimate mission and capital should have a legitimate boundary.That is to say,politics has the responsibility to determine the correct direction for communication and capital,communication has the responsibility of supervising the politics and capital and capital has the responsibility of serving political justice and legitimate communication.On the basis of their legitimate and reasonable foundations and boundaries,these several important variables are mutually restrained and cross-integrated.They should maintain a moderate and benign tension so that political communication can run on the track that rational thinking can be strengthen and real information can be disseminate in order to uphold human justice.
