THE PARADOX OF CHINA’S CULTURAL INDUSTRIAL POLICIES:CULTURAL EXCEPTION AND CULTURAL AMBITITION Although cultural industrialization policies could be studied through multiple perspectives,this study tries to identify China’s cultural industrial policies through two major components:foreign and domestic policies.Through separating foreign industrial policies from domestic ones.
