摘要
《人在囧途》诉《人再囧途之泰囧》案引发了热议,本文以此案例为例,研究了文化产品的版权保护和竞争秩序问题,并对此给予立法建议,从法律角度保障我国文化产业持续健康发展。
The case that Lost in Thailand was charged by Loss on the way leads to heated debate.This article has researched the property right protection and regulation on competitive legal of cultural product with this example,and make suggestions on legislation to protect the sustainable and healthy development of our culture industry.
