大运河遗产资源的可持续利用分析与探索

The Study on the Grand Canal’s Sustainable use

基于国家对大运河遗产保护利用的高度重视,大运河之于中国历史和社会的重要意义,以及大运河遗产在科技、社会、历史、文化等诸多方面的重要价值,文章着眼于大运河遗产的整体性保护以及可持续利用和发展前景,以淮扬运河和南运河为例,对遗产资源的利用现状进行了开展了区段的调查,对存在的问题和原因进行归纳分析。在此基础上,对我国大运河遗产资源可持续利用的总体目标、基本理念、宏观策略和具体措施,提出了一些设想和论证。

With respect of the priority to the Grand Canal by the Government concerning its protection and utilization in recent years,and the significance of its historic,scientific,social and cultural impact to the Chinese history and society,the paper focuses on the sustainability in the utilization and development of the Grand Canal’s integral conservation,based on field investigations in Huaiyang Canal and the South Canal in terms of their existing utilization practices,problems and driving forces,some advice and arguments on conservation and utilization of the Grand Canal resources are concluded,including the overall goal,the fundamentals of general strategies and some specific measures.
