北京文化企业境外投资经营支持政策研究

A Study on Overseas Investment and Operations of Beijing Based Cultural Enterprises and Their Policy Support

本文在大量阅读文献和实地调研的基础上,采用整体分析和案例分析相结合的方法对北京文化企业境外投资经营的现状进行了分析研究,发现其在境外投资经营过程中存在的问题。另外,运用扎根理论分析方法对获得的数据进行三级编码,探索现行政策与文化企业境外投资经营的关系,发现北京文化企业在境外投资经营面临的政策困境。最后,针对北京文化企业在境外投资经营中面临的问题和政策困境提出相关对策。

On the basis of a thorough literature review and numerous field studies,the author look into the status quo of overseas investments made by Beijing based enterprises and identify problems in their operations.Next,Grounded Theory is employed to perform a three-level coding of data received,which is then used to explore co-relations between current policies and performance of enterprises in this study,in an effort to discover policy dilemmas faced by them.In the end,the author try to produce some policy proposals to address these problems.
