摘要
商标管理制度作为知识产权制度的重要组成部分,对区域经济发展起到重要作用。本文根据商标管理制度运行的投入和产出两个方面,建立了商标管理制度运行效率评价指标体系,并对全国31个省份、自治区、直辖市4年商标管理制度的运行效率进行测算。最后,基于实证结果提出相应的政策建议,为新《商标法》实施之后各区域的商标监管提供决策参考。
As an important part of the intellectual property system,trademark management system plays a significant role in regional economic development.In this paper,we are concerned with the evaluation of the trademark management system’s operational efficiency.We adopt the output-oriented BCC-DEA model for China’s 31 provinces(or autonomous regions,municipalities)to calculate their operating efficiency of trademark management systems for 4 years.Some policy suggestions are presented finally.
