摘要
混凝土开裂的动力主要来源于水泥,却很少有人研究如何从水泥生产角度,提高水泥的抗裂性能。文中提出了一套简便易行的水泥抗裂性能检验方法,旨在用于指导水泥的生产。实验结果表明,该检测方法的重复性及可靠性较好。同时,人工配制了两种不同开裂度的水泥,并按混凝土的早期塑性开裂试验方法(CCES 01—2004)进行了对比实验,显示了水泥开裂度与混凝土开裂性能有较好的相关性。
The driving force of concrete cracking mostly comes from the cement.However,there is a lack of studies analyzing how to improve the cement anti-cracking property from the point of view of the cement production.This study proposed a testing method for cement anti-cracking property,which is used for the production of cement.The experimental results show that the repeatability and reliability of the testing method are good.By making comparative experiment on two different kinds of cement in cracking degree using the concrete cracking early shape experiment(CCES 01—2004),it shows good correlation between cement anti-cracking property and concrete cracking property.
