摘要
零件质量的稳定性是保证整车质量的重要环节。针对量产过程中零件质量问题解决效率低,重复性高的特点,基于零件质量管理工作实际,综合运用TOPSIS和熵值法建立评估模型,对零件供应商进行综合评价,并在此基础上对供应商进行有针对性的质量帮扶,使质量问题解决效率得到有效提高,避免潜在质量风险。以中德合资公司外饰零件管理为例,评价结果得出供应商S4有潜在的零件质量问题风险,通过质量帮扶,解决了生产过程中S4的质量问题,避免了潜在质量风险。
Part quality stability is important to car quality.To make part quality management more efficient and prevent part quality issues,based on quality management experience,we established evaluation model with the TOPSIS and entropy method.According to the comprehensive supplier assessment from the evaluation model,we can offer quality help to suppliers that has serious quality issues.Taking exterior part quality management as an example,the assessment result shows has potential quality risk,which get more attention first.Then we corporately analyzed root cause and took measures to help to improve part quality and avoid potential quality risk.That will prove evaluation model and quality help effective.
