摘要
以富含Ni、Fe等重金属元素的电镀污泥为主要原料、页岩为校正材料制备防辐射功能集料,探讨了生料组成、升温速率、煅烧温度、冷却制度等因素对集料的防辐射性能、抗压强度以及表观密度的影响机理,提出了污泥与页岩制备防辐射功能集料的适宜配比和烧成制度。制备出的防辐射功能集料对0.662 Me V的γ射线线衰弱系数可达0.20 cm-1以上、抗压强度达25.2 MPa以上、表观密度在2.4~3.0×103kg/cm3之间,其重金属浸出浓度符合GB5085.3—2007《危险废物鉴别标准-浸出毒性鉴别》国家标准要求。
Preparatting anti-radiation aggregates with electroplating sludge riched in Ni and Fe as raw materials and supplemented by shale as the correction material. In order to come to the appropriate mix proportion of sludge and shale and firing system we study the influence law of the performance of the aggregate including volume density,radiation protection and compressive strength on different raw material composition,heating rate,calcination temperature and cooling system,thus concluding that the sludge and the suitable blending of shale and firing system. The anti-radiation aggregates could be prepared on condition that 40%sludge,at 1 050 ℃ for calcination temperature and 800 ℃ for cooling temperature,whose weak linear coefficient of 0.662 Me V gamma-ray line can be up to 0.20 cm-1,,and its compressive strength is up to 25.2 MPa,apparent density of 2.2~3.0×103 kg/cm3,and leaching concentration in line with GB5080.3—2007 ' identification standard for hazardous wastes-identification for extraction procedure toxicity' national standards.
