摘要
为研究粘滞阻尼器和磁流变弹性体阻尼器的混合结构控制对大偏心高层钢结构化工厂房的减震效果,将12个粘滞阻尼器安装在设备四周,12个磁流变弹性体阻尼器以层间支撑形式安装在钢框架结构中,分别对无控结构、粘滞阻尼器的单一控制结构以及粘滞阻尼器和磁流变弹性体阻尼器的混合控制结构进行八度罕遇Eicentro波、TAFT波、人工波(峰值为400 cm/s2)作用下的振动台试验。通过对结构响应的对比分析,结果表明:粘滞阻尼器的单一控制对设备的减震效果很好,对钢框架结构的减震效果很小;而两种阻尼器的混合控制对钢框架和设备都起到了很好的控制效果,并且两种阻尼器的混合控制优于单一阻尼器控制。
In order to study the damping effect of the hybrid control of viscous damper and MRE damper on the large eccentric high-rise steel structure,12 viscous dampers are installed around the device,and 12 MRE dampers are installed in the steel frame structure with interlayer support. Respectively,uncontrolled structure,the single-control structure of viscous dampers and the hybrid control structure of viscous dampers and MRE dampers were tested under the action of eight degree rare Elcentro wave,TAFT wave,artificial wave( peak value is 400 cm/s2). Through the comparison and analysis of the structural response,the results show that the single control of the viscous dampers has good damping effect on the device,but the damping effect of the steel frame structure is very small; while the hybrid control of two kinds of dampers plays a very good control effect on the steel frame structure and the device,thus,the hybrid control is better than the control of one single kind of dampers.
