摘要
采用自制的Bi_2O_3-B_2O_3-ZnO-SiO_2系统无铅低熔点玻璃粉和调墨油(树脂和溶剂组成)与无机颜料和分散剂、流平剂等助剂混合制备了耐酸碱汽车玻璃油墨。通过测试低熔点玻璃粉的热膨胀系数和TG-DSC曲线,树脂的TG曲线,溶剂的挥发干燥速率等,研究、分析了低熔点玻璃粉和调墨油的工艺性能。结果表明:低熔点玻璃粉的热膨胀系数为85.2×10^(-7)℃^(-1),软化温度为532℃,与汽车玻璃热膨胀系数及其钢化工艺相匹配;当松油醇和一缩二乙二醇的质量比为4∶1时,溶剂的挥发和干燥速率适宜;选用聚酮高羟树脂为调墨油树脂,其最终分解温度为540℃左右;合适的调墨油配方为94%的溶剂和6%的树脂。由此低熔点玻璃粉和调墨油所制备的汽车玻璃油墨具有良好的耐酸碱性能,符合实际生产需求。
A kind of acid and alkali-resistant glass enamel applied to automotive windshields was prepared by self-made low melting-point glass powder,varnish(the mixture of solvent and resin),inorganic pigments and additives.Then,the performances of low melting-point glass powder and varnish were studied via testing the thermal expansion coefficient and TG-DSC curves of glass powder,TG curves of the resin,volatilization and drying rates of solvent,etc.The ecperimental results indicate that the thermal expansion coefficient of low melting-point glass powder is 85.2×10^(-7)℃^(-1) and its softening temperature is 532 ℃,matching the thermal expansion coefficient and tempered technology of automotive glass.When the ratio of terpineol and diethylene glycol is 4∶1,the volatilization and drying rates of solvent are suitable.Polyketone high hydroxyl resin was choosed as resin of varnish and its softening temperature is 540℃.The determined formula of varnish contains 94% of solvent and 6% of resin.The prepared glass enamel of automotive windshields shows excellent acid and alkali-resistance.
