摘要
通过钡渣预处理正交试验,分析浸取时间、液固比、搅拌速度及Na_2SO_4投加倍数对钡渣浸取液中Ba^(2+)浓度的影响,并对钡渣入场填埋前的预处理工艺条件进行初步探讨。结果表明,在浸取时间8h、液固比8∶1、搅拌速度5r/h、Na_2SO_4投加倍数为×2.2条件下,钡渣预处理脱Ba2+率高达90.65%,预处理后钡渣浸取液中Ba^(2+)浓度为102.8mg/L,满足钡渣入场填埋要求,减轻了后期淋溶液处理难度。
By barium slag pretreatment of orthogonal test,the paper analyzed the effects of the leaching time,liquidsolid ratio,stirring speed and the number of Na_2SO_4 on Ba^(2+) concentration in the leaching liquid barium slag,and the pretreatment process of barium slag landfill before admission condition has carried on the preliminary discussion.The experimental results show that,in the leaching time of 8h,liquid to solid ratio of 8∶1,stirring speed of 5r/h,adding Na_2SO_4 coefficient for×2.2 conditions,barium residue pre processing Ba^(2+) removal rate was as high as 90.65%,after pretreatment,the concentration of Ba^(2+) in the leaching solution of barium slag was 102.85mg/L,which can meet the barium slag admission requirements of landfill and reduce the late leachate treatment difficulty.
