干式企口梁柱节点抗震性能试验研究及有限元分析 被引量:5

Experimental Study and Finite Element Analysis of Seismic Performance on Joints in Prefabricated Dapped-end Beams

摘要 对干式企口梁柱节点缩尺试件模型进行了拟静力加载试验,探讨了其承载力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、钢筋应变以及延性、耗能等抗震性能。采用ANSYS有限元软件对干式企口梁柱节点试验模型进行了分析计算,并将理论与试验结果进行对比,验证理论研究分析的正确性,探讨了改变预埋钢垫板的位置对结构抗震性能的影响。结果表明:干式刚性企口梁柱节点的滞回曲线形状较为饱满,节点的延性和耗能能力较好;节点具有较高的承载力,满足原结构的设计要求;在实际工程设计中,使用结构内力计算对梁牛腿F部按常规规范法进行配筋设计,梁牛腿R部和缺口梁采用PCI手册计算配筋,节点承载力控制截面即为常规梁端部截面,简化了设计流程。 Through the quasi-static loading test carried out on scale specimen model of the Prefabricated Dapped-end beams connection,it's seismic performance of carrying capacity,hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,bar strain,ductility and energy dissipation were discussed.Adapting the finite element software ANSYS to analyze the test model of the Prefabricated Dapped-end beam connection,the theoretical results were compared with the experimental results to confirm the correctness of the theoretical analysis.Investigating the effect of changing the position of the embedded steel plate on structural seismic performance.The results show that:the hysteresis curve of the Prefabricated Dapped-end beam connection are plump,which reflects that the connection has good ductility and energy dissipation capacity.The connection has good carrying capacity,satisfying the design requirements of the original structure.In the actual engineering design,reinforcement design of the F portion of the corbel were used internal force calculation according to the conventional standard method,reinforcement design of the R portion of the corbel and notched beam were used PCI manual calculation to reinforcement design,controlling section of the corbel is the ordinary beam section,which simplifies the design process in the practical engineering design.
