水性漆酚环氧乳液的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Waterborne Urushiol Epoxy Emulsion

水性漆酚氧乳液是一种高性能的水性树脂成膜物,能有效地改进漆酚涂料的耐碱特性。在环氧树脂(E20)改性漆酚的基础上,进一步将自制的亲水性扩链剂(MEA-PEGGE-MEA)接枝到漆酚环氧树脂中,从而制备一种可自乳化的水性漆酚环氧树脂。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、激光粒度仪对产物进行了表征分析,在此基础上并对漆膜性能进行了测试。结果表明:漆酚与E20摩尔比为1∶2,催化剂用量为5%,溶剂用量为45%,130℃反应5h制备的漆酚环氧树脂产率较高;将摩尔比(MEA∶PEGGE)为5∶4所制得的MEA-PEGGE-MEA加成物加入到漆酚环氧树脂中,反应温度75℃、反应时间5h,制备的水性漆酚环氧树脂水分散稳定性好,配制成涂料后具有良好的力学性能和耐碱性能。

Waterborne urushiol epoxy emulsion is a kind of high performance water-based resin film,which can effectively improve the alkali resistance.In this paper,on the basis of epoxy resin modified urushiol system,self-made hydrophilic chain extender(MEA-PEGGE-MEA)was grafted to urushiol epoxy resin,thereby a self-aqueous phenol epoxy resin emulsion paint was prepared.By Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),gel permeation chromatography(GPC)and a laser particle size analyzer,characterization analysis of the products was conducted and the properties of coating film were tested.The experimental results show that when the ratio of urushiol and E20 is 1∶2,the catalyst addition is 5%,the solvent addition is 45% under the condition of 130℃and 5h,the urushiol epoxy resin was prepared,MEA-PEGGE-MEA addition product was prepared with the mole ratio(MEA/PEGGE)was 5∶4.The waterborne urushiol epoxy resin with good water dispensability was obtained by reacting MEA-PEGGE-MEA with urushiol epoxy resin under the condition of75 ℃ and 5h.The coating has good mechanical properties and alkali resistance.
