摘要
以聚乙烯蜡(PE蜡,PEW)为基材,接枝马来酸酐(顺丁烯二酸酐,MAH)反应,采用正交试验方法设计配方。对单体用量、引发剂用量、反应温度及加料方式等影响接枝反应的因素进行研究,测试了试样的接枝率、吸水率、凝胶率、接触角、熔融指数及热性能数据。再用红外光谱(IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行微观结构表征,并与未接枝以及外购接枝的样品进行性能比较。试验结果表明:当PEW/MAH/BPO=100/8/3,温度80℃下可制得接枝率为0.9%的PEW-g-MAH。测得其熔融指数0.128g/10min,吸水率2.663 3%,凝胶率69.91%。通过正交试验分析发现因素影响次序为A(MAH)>B(BPO)>C(反应温度T)>D(加料方式)。与外购PEW-g-MAH性能相近的是7#配方,配比为PEW/MAH/BPO=100/10/3。其接枝率为0.7%,熔融指数为0.17g/10min,吸水率为2.031 5%,凝胶率为63.87%。
The polyethylene wax(PE wax),as the fundamental material,was grafted onto maleic anhydride(MAH).Formulas were designed by the orthogonal test.The factors impacting the grafting reaction,such as monomer dosage,initiator dosage,reaction temperature and feeding mode etc,were researched.The grafting rate,water absorption rate,gel ratio,contact angle,melt index,thermal property of samples were tested,respectively.The microstructure and characterization of samples and products were investigated by infrared spectroscopy(IR)and X ray diffraction(XRD),and meantime we compared performances between ungrafted and purchasing grafted samples.The experimental results show that when the PEW/MAH/BPO is equal to 100/8/3,the grafting yield of 0.9% in PEW-g-MAH can be obtained at 80 degrees centigrade.The melting index is 0.128g/10 min.The water absorption rate is 2.663 3% and the gel ratio is 69.91%.That the order of factors is A(BPO)>B(MAH)>C(reaction temperature T)>D(feeding mode),which was found by orthogonal test analysis.In terms of various performance,the experimental product of 7#formula is similar to the purchased PEW-gMAH,and PEW/MAH/BPO is equal to 100/10/3,the grafting rate is 0.7%,and the melting index is 0.17g/10 min.The water absorption rate is 2.031 5% and the gel ratio is 63.87%.
