无机聚合物珊瑚礁砂混凝土基本力学性能试验研究 被引量:9

Experimental Research on Mechanical Performance of Inorganic Polymer Coral Sand Concrete

摘要 利用珊瑚礁砂为细骨料,无机聚合物为胶凝材料,试配出无机聚合物珊瑚礁砂混凝土(IPCSC);考虑水胶比、胶凝材料用量、砂率以及温度4项因素,进行正交试验,优选出强度等效于C40且工作性能优良的配比;根据标准方法测试了基本力学性能,各项指标与对照的水泥珊瑚礁砂混凝土(CSC)进行了对比。结果表明:相对于对照组,同强度等级时,IPCSC劈裂抗拉强度提高62%,试样拉压强度比增加,静力弹性模量略有提高。 For oceanic construction faces critical environment and has storage requirement,this paper presented a new method fitting inorganic-polymer-coral-sand concrete(IPCSC),with inorganic polymer as binder and coralsand as fine aggregate.Four factors such as water-binder ratio,binder usage,sand rate and mix temperature,were considered for a specific orthogonal test.The experimental results can be used to optimize the mixture of IPCSC,which was equivalent to C40 in strength,and was satisfactory in workability.The mechanical performance of IPCSC mixture was tested,compared with that of the control mixture of common cement-coral-sand concrete(CSC).It shows that cleavage tensile strength of IPCSC improves by 62%,and static elastic modulus by a small margin as 8.4%.The strength ratio of tension to compression for IPCSC improves accordingly.
