Reliability Analysis of Parking Automatic Adjustment System

摘要 针对驻车制动系统装调过程中存在的质量一致性差导致制动性能差、油耗高、阻滞力大等问题,提出了驻车制动自动调整系统方案。首先利用WORKBENCH对手柄抓持器进行有限元分析验证其结构的可行性,采用人工调整和自动调整两种方式对驻车制动系统进行调整,并对调整结果进行CPK分析,验证了自动调整系统的可靠性,并对最终的调整结果分别从制动手柄转动角度、扭矩传感器测量值和驻车制动系统拉索预紧力3个方面进行了误差分析。 Aiming at the problems such as poor braking performance,high fuel consumption and large blocking force,the scheme of parking brake automatic adjustment system is put forward. First of all,using WORKBENCH to analyze the structure of the handle holder to verify the feasibility of its structure,the use of manual adjustment and automatic adjustment of the two ways to adjust the parking brake system,and adjust the results of CPK analysis to verify the automatic adjustment system. And the error analysis of final adjustment results are analyzed from the aspects of the angle of rotation of the brake handle,the measured value of the torque sensor and the cable preload of the parking brake system.
