摘要
针对普通橡胶沥青黏度高、易结团、低温性能差的问题,通过在橡胶沥青中掺加裂解剂形成均质橡胶沥青,采用显微观察、沥青常规指标试验和动态剪切流变试验,以三大指标、黏度、复合剪切模量、相位角、车辙因子和抗车辙因子提高率为评价指标,对均质橡胶沥青、基质沥青和普通橡胶沥青进行对比分析。研究表明,裂解剂的加入促进了胶粉的熔融分解,提高了橡胶沥青的针入度和延度,降低了软化点和黏度,改善了橡胶沥青的低温性能和存储稳定性,同时与基质沥青相比,又具有较好的高温性能。
Aiming to solve the problems of high viscosity,easy agglomeration and low temperature performance of rubber asphalt,an activator was added to rubber asphalt to form homogeneous asphalt rubber.Through the asphalt conventional test and the DSR test,taking viscosity,compound shear modulus,phase angle,rutting factor and rutting factor improvement rate as conventional evaluation indexes,the basic asphalt,normal rubber asphalt and homogeneous rubber asphalt were investigated comparatively.It shows that the addition of the activator promotes the melting and decomposition of the rubber powder,increases the penetration and ductility,improves the storage stability and reduces the viscosity of rubber asphalt.So the asphalt has better high temperature performances than basic asphalt,and has better low temperature performances than normal rubber asphalt.
