摘要
为了提高刀具磨损检测系统的适应性和精确度,设计了一种新型的基于光纤光栅传感技术的刀具磨损检测系统,并分析了光纤传感器的工作原理。对比了有线和无线两种数据传输方式,结合工作环境和防护方法,列出了两种方案各自的优势和劣势,以及光纤检测系统对于传统电子检测系统的优势和目前的问题。并提出了一套实验平台方案,从而能够通过实验验证检测系统的整体可靠性。
In order to improve the adaptability and precision of tool wear detection system,a new tool wear detection system was designed based on fiber Bragg grating sensing technology,and the working principle of optical fiber sensor was analyzed.Comparing the wired and wireless data transmission modes,with the working environment and protection method,the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of schemes were listed,and the advantages of optical fiber detection system for traditional electronic detection system,as well as the current problems,also pointed out.An experimental platform scheme was proposed to verify the reliability of the test system.
