摘要
硅酸钙板的需求在现代建材行业日益增长,而液压系统作为硅酸钙板生产线关键组成部分,由于其标准化程度不高,在设计过程中需重复进行系统结构设计和零部件建模,效率低下,严重制约了硅酸钙板生产线的研发与设计。针对这些问题,基于Autodesk Inventor三维软件建立参数化模型库,利用Visual Basic语言进行API开发,并结合Access数据库进行参数信息的统一存储、管理和调用,开发了一套硅酸钙板液压系统参数化设计系统,基于此系统,设计人员能高效地完成液压系统设计。
The demand for calcium silicate board is growing in the modern building materials industry,and the hydraulic system is a key component of calcium silicate board production line.Because of its low standardization,in the design process,it need to repeat the system structure design and component modeling,which seriously restricts the calcium silicate board production line development and design.So,this paper built a parametric model library based on an Autodesk Inventor 3Dsoftware,using Visual Basic language for API development,combined with Access database which can store,manage and invoke parameter information,to develop a set of calcium silicate board hydraulic system parametric design system.Based on it,designers can efficiently complete the hydraulic system design.
