污水厂活性污泥菌群及其受纳湖泊水体菌群结构的差异性研究

Differences of Bacterial Communities Structure Between the Activated Sludge in Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Column of Receiving Water

摘要 应用Miseq高通量测序技术对武汉市汤逊湖污水处理厂活性污泥以及其收纳水体汤逊湖的菌群结构进行分析。结果表明,二者菌群结构差异显著,且污水厂菌群多样性更高,受纳水体菌群物种更加丰富。汤逊湖蓝细菌相对丰度最大(46.6%),主要为聚球藻。丛毛单胞菌科在污水厂和受纳水体中具有竞争优势。 To better understand the influence of wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)discharge on the ecosystem in the water column of receiving water,we investigated the difference between the bacterial communities structure of the activated sludge sampled from Tangxun Lake Wastewater Treatment Plant and the planktonic bacterial community structure in Tangxun Lake conducted employing the Illumina Miseq sequencing.The results reveal different bacterial community structures between the activated sludge and water column of receiving water,and it is shown that the bacterial communities of the activated sludge in wastewater treatment plant have higher bacterial diversity and lower bacterial richness.The predominant phylum in receiving water was Cyanobacteria(46.6%)which mainly includes Synechococcaceae.Comamonadaceae belongs to the dominant groups in both environment.
