前纵梁等效薄壁结构正面碰撞特性实验研究

Experimental Study on the Crashworthiness of the Front Longitudinal for the Equivalent Thin-walled Structure

摘要 通过实验分析了一系列高强度钢材料的正面碰撞特性。基于台车正碰试验所获得的数据基础研究了各种材料及其厚度下的形变模式及其碰撞吸能特性,分析对比了各材料下的平均加速度,为前纵梁材料和厚度的选取提供选择方向。结果表明,DP590,TR590,DP780和DP780+Z 4种材料具有优秀的折叠次序,属于渐进叠缩变形,能通过变形充分吸收碰撞能量,并且较低的平均加速度比较适合前纵梁前段压溃区,故在等厚度情况下,宜选用强度较低的高强度钢。 The frontal crash tests were carried out for eight kinds of high strength structural steels.The basis of the data based on the frontal crash tests of the trolley,the deformation patterns and their energy absorption characteristics under different thickness and thickness of materials were studied.The data of average acceleration and light weight potential under each structure were analyzed and compared,and provides the optimum direction for the choice of material and thickness of font stringers.The test results show that the four materials of DP590,TR590,DP780 and DP780+Z have excellent folding order and they belong to the progressive deformation,and it can fully absorb the collision energy through deformation and have a lower average acceleration which is more suitable for the front side of the former section of the collapse zone.Therefore,in the case of the same thickness,high strength steel with lower strength should be chosen.
