摘要
利用紫外线耐气候试验箱对硬化水泥浆体表面进行照射实验,并进行表面摩擦系数(U_s,U_d值)测试,以及微区SEM形貌分析和XRD物相组成微观分析。结果表明:紫外线会对水泥浆体表面产生物理和化学双重影响,使得浆体表面脱水晶体产物含量增加,尤其是方解石数量大大增加;可加速浆体的碳化,使表面更加密实,摩擦系数提高。本研究揭示和分析了紫外线影响水泥浆体表面性质的新现象,并为混凝土耐久性研究提供了新线索。
The UV-resistant climatic test chamber was used to irradiate the surface of the hardened cement paste,and the surface friction coefficient(U_s,U_d value)was measured,and the SEM morphology of the micro-area and microscopic analysis of the XRD phase composition were performed.The experimental results show that UV has dual physical and chemical influence on the surface of the cement paste,which increases the content of dehydrated crystals on the surface of the cement paste,especially the amount of calcite;accelerates the carbonization of the hardened cement paste,makes the surface more compact,and increases the friction coefficient.The study analyzes and reveals a new phenomenon that UV affects the special inorganic non-metallic surface properties of cement pastes,and provides new clues for related research.
