PANI/GO复合材料的制备及基于不同溶剂的电性能

Preparation of PANI/GO Composites and Electric Properties Based on Different Kinds of Solvent Systems

摘要 采用原位聚合法合成聚苯胺(PANI)/氧化石墨烯(GO)复合材料,FTIR、Raman、SEM的测试结果表明PANI已成功负载在GO片上,且二者之间存在相互作用。采用电化学工作站进一步研究了基于不同溶剂(CH3COCH3、C2H5OH、HOCH2CH2OH、HCON(CH3)2(DMF))的PANI/GO复合材料用于电容电极时的电性能,分析可知,当V(丙酮)∶V(水)=3∶10时,该复合材料的电容性能最佳,比电容在50 mV/s的扫描速率下达662.3 F/g,在不同的扫描速率(30 mV/s、50 mV/s、100 mV/s)下展现出良好的循环稳定性和混合型电容器的特性,同时说明DMF是不合适的。 Polyaniline(PANI)/graphene oxide(GO)composite was prepared via an in situ chemical polymerization and characterized by FTIR,Raman,and SEM.The interaction between polyaniline molecular chains and graphene oxide sheets was testified.PANI/GO composites based on different solvent systems,namely acetone,ethanol,ethyleneglycol and dimethylformamide(DMF)were investigated using the electrochemical workstation when they were used as capacitor electrodes.The experimental results indicate that PANI molecular chains have successfully grown on the surface of the GO sheets.That PANI/GO composite on the occasion when V(acetone)∶V(water)is 3∶10 exhibits the better capacitive behaviors when compared to others because of the specific capacitance of 662.3 F/g at a scanning rate of 50 mV/s,excellent cycling stability at various scan rates(30 mV/s,50 mV/s and 100 mV/s)and the characteristic of the hybrid capacitor.In addition,it is evidenced that DMF as solvent is not a suitable option for the fabrication of PANI/GO composite.
