特色和质量是高职教育的生命线

Characteristic and Quality are the Lifeline of the College Vocational Education

职业教育是教育体系中与生产实践联系最紧、距离最短的教育形式。加入WTO后,我国高职教育面临着各种各样的机遇和挑战,本文通过对已有数据的分析,从构建接轨国际职业资格证书的课程体系,开通与行业、企业的联动,建设"双师型"教师队伍等方面陈述了高职教育发展的方向,并指出运用PDCA循环的管理思想等方法使高职教育与时俱进的发展的可行性,以此阐明特色和质量对高职教育的重要性。

Vocational education is the education system with the most tight production practice, the shortest distance education mode. After joining the WTO, China is facing a wide range of vocational education opportunities and challenges, the paper analyzes the direction of vocational education through the analysis of available data, from a convergence of international vocational qualification certificate system courses, opened with industry, enterprises of different building "double-division-type" representations of the teachers, then points out PDCA circle and the use of such methods for the management and development of higher education with the feasibility,in order to to expound the importance to vocational education of characteristic and quality.
